The sphere of people
who make a difference.

What The Hundred is

Most people have a world of contacts. Very few have a sphere. The Hundred is the difference between the two.

It is a curated group of people who are actively building businesses, projects, and ventures. People who follow through. People who bring something useful and are prepared to share it. People who make the group more valuable simply by being in it.

It is not open. It is not a platform. It is not a network. It is the hundred people who actually matter to what you are building, made deliberate.

What happens here

  • 01We build businesses.
  • 02We launch projects.
  • 03We solve problems.
  • 04We share what we know.
  • 05We back each other.

Who belongs here

We are not looking for a title. We are looking for evidence of work.

The Hundred is for people who have built something, who are building now, or who are deciding what to build next. The question we ask before every invitation is not what you have achieved. It is what you will bring to the people already here.

Contribution matters more than credentials. Momentum matters more than status.

“Someone here can probably help move this forward.”

That is the feeling every member should have. If they do not, we have not done our job.

Backed by a venture and innovation studio

More than a room full of people.

The Hundred is backed by a venture and innovation studio that works across the things businesses need to move: strategy, brand, product, finance, technology, operations, and commercial delivery.

The difference is practical. When a member reaches a point where peer perspective is not enough, they are not left to find the answer alone. The studio brings experienced operators, C-suite advisors, and specialist teams into the work when they can add real leverage.

That might mean pressure-testing a proposition, solving an operational problem, developing a product, shaping a commercial plan, or putting delivery resource behind something with momentum. The level of involvement is shaped by what the work needs and the member’s relationship with The Hundred.

The studio does not sit in front of The Hundred. It sits behind it. The people are the sphere. The studio is the infrastructure that helps their work go further.
